The fire and culinary is a representation of cooking in Tandoor. Tandoor is a cylindrical standing oven where temperature can reach 480’o C and food is cooked with the combination of live fire (Grill), radiant heat (Oven) and hot air (Convection).

Cooking on the fire is an ancient cooking art which humans learned gradually. During the Mankind Journey, Tandoor was discovered in Northern India and traditional cooking has always been the soul of great taste and recipes.
